Alliant Insurance Services Inc. on Wednesday launched Alliant Commercial Surety and appointed Senior Vice President Orlando Aguirre to lead the unit.
Alliant said in a statement that Houston-based Mr. Aguirre will build a national commercial securities platform.
He joined Alliant as a senior vice president in August 2021. Prior to that, he was a senior vice president at Marsh LLC in Houston, where he was responsible for all surety operations in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma, the statement said.
