McGriff Insurance Services LLC, a subsidiary of TIH Insurance Holdings LLC, moved a $10 million fraud lawsuit brought by one of its former executives to federal court in Los Angeles.
The retail brokerage said in a takedown notice filed on July 26 Shianne Hollander v. McGriff Insurance Services et al.The charges against Mark Russ, Michael Breedlove, and Michael Martini are insufficient under California law.
