PCF Insurance Services on Thursday announced the acquisition of Irvine, California-based DLD Insurance Brokers Inc.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Formed in 1989 by Dana L. Dowers, DLD has 23 employees and specializes in serving companies in the construction, manufacturing, medical device, real estate and technology sectors.
The acquisition marks the ninth of 2024 for Lindon, Utah-based PCF.
PCF is ranked 19th business insurance’S List One of the top 100 brokers in US trading.
