World Insurance Associates LLC said Thursday it has acquired the business of Interweb Insurance LLC on April 1.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Lake Havasu City, Arizona-based Interweb was founded in 2008 and provides commercial insurance focusing on errors and omissions coverage for the financial services sector, World said in a statement.
Interweb has eight employees, a spokesperson confirmed in an email.
World Insurance Associates LLC, headquartered in Iselin, New Jersey is in 28th place of the latest business insurance Top 100 Brokers in US Trading.
