World Insurance Associates LLC said Friday it has acquired JBL Trinity Group Ltd., an Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey-based brokerage company specializing in construction and marine insurance in New York City.
Terms were not disclosed.
JBL, which has 11 employees and was founded in 1997, provides commercial and personal lines insurance. Other specialties include a national roller-skating insurance program, World Insurance said in a statement.
